KTSF Go Live Event with PG&E to Celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month

To celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, PG&E and KTSF-26 invited more than 40 live audiences to the studio to celebrate this special occasion and learn about various bill assistance programs that PG&E offers to help customers lower their PG&E bills. Annabelle Louie, Vice President of Enterprise Business Processes at PG&E, shared the work the utility is doing to support Asian communities. This Go Live Event was marked by enlightening discussions, a special interview with Annabelle Louie by KTSF’s Public Service Director Mina Li, and a strong representation of the Asian American community. You will hear from PG&E executive on their effort in lower customers bill, and other pressing topics about wildfire mitigation efforts, clean energy future, etc.

Louie joined PG&E in 2008 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility from frontline supervisor to senior field leader. Her previous roles have included: Senior Director, Electric Distribution Field Operations in the Bay/Central Region; Director, Construction Resource Management; Superintendent, San Jose, De Anza and Peninsula divisions; and Engineering Manager, Asset Management.

During her 15-year career at PG&E, she has focused on safety, electric system reliability, delivering on customer commitments and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
